On September 2nd at 6 PM, join us for a captivating online workshop on “Foraging - Nature Walks and Mushrooms”.
Together, we will step into a world of traditions, ecological knowledge and flavors hidden within Europe’s unique landscapes.
Two speakers will guide us on this journey:
Alicia Clements, manager of the Birr Castle Estate in Ireland, responsible for the castle and its collections, and Project Manager for the Birr Scientific and Heritage Foundation;
Giorgenzo Treves de Bonfili, a young Italian entrepreneur who manages his family’s arable farming operations between Padua and Brescia, focusing on forage cereals and renewable energy production, and is valso active in agricultural policy.
